Dutch DC chairs by Dick Spierenburg for Castelijn, designed in 1978. The frame is made of metal. The chairs are newly upholstered with a cobalt blue felt furniture fabric. This design by Dick Spierenburg is a fine example of Dutch Post Modern Design.

Dick Spierenburg (1953) is a designer, interior designer and design manager. Spierenburg studied architecture at TU Delft. He has been working as a designer since the late 70s. He was co-founder of the Dutch Interior Collective.
This set of chairs is in good condition; reupholstered but with some minor lacquer damages on the frame.
