Description:
The German symphonic rock band VIOLET DISTRICT, which grew out of the German melodic rock band VIOLET DISTRICT in the 80's, is still active today with their '23 album! This is a limited analog edition with red colored vinyl. This is the first album by the new band, with Markus Jehle (key) leaving the band and Markus Grutzner (bass) from 7 for 4 joining as a full-time bassist. The album is a concept album with an unprecedentedly heavy theme, looking into the depths of human behavior at the "crime scene" as the title suggests, and while the melancholic melodic rock with spaciousness under the influence of Pink Floyd remains as before, the 13-minute-long epic song 'King of the World' is a great example of the band's new style. The album has a gloomy mood that reflects the theme of the album as a whole, starting with the 13-minute long 'King of the World'.
